The Junta de Castilla-La Mancha allows customers to enter bars and restaurants after downloading a QR code. This rule, totally surprising, is discriminatory. Not all people have smart phones. What happens to those who do not have a mobile, or who do not have a smartphone? There are older people who do not have a mobile; Do they stay on the street? Spain is not a fully digitized country, so rules like this are not fully understood. And we are a country that has launched a new educational law and it is not contemplated to promote teaching through digital means. The incoherence of the political class manifests itself once again. What politicians would have to do is get down to work and train and create the necessary conditions to digitize Spanish society. So, this regulation would make sense.
