One of the star laptops in Huawei’s catalog is the MateBook D 15, balanced in terms of performance and with a very affordable price that right now does not even reach 600 euros.
The IT sector is experiencing hectic months, and the fact is that the shortage of materials and components has been followed to a certain extent by a logical price increase, which especially affects Gaming PCs, although not so much laptops, which use other chips and graphics cards.
It is a good time to buy a laptop, whether you are a MacBook (thanks to Apple’s new M1 processors) or if you prefer a Windows model, with several brands competing in the same price range, always below 1,000 euros, or almost always.
One of them is Huawei, which for more than a year has been stomping in the sector with its MateBook, which usually have quite large offers. Right now, without going any further, the MateBook D 15 with Ryzen 5 is on sale at 599 euros in Amazon.
Until recently, the official Huawei store in Spain sold it for 649 euros with free ANC headphones, although finally the units have sold out due to the very high demand.
There is a new edition with Intel Core i5 whose price is higher (749 euros), although it is the latest low-consumption chip from Intel, somewhat more efficient than the Ryzen, which on the other hand offer ample guarantees of power and fluidity in Windows.
It is important to highlight the weight of this model, which barely exceeds 1.5 kg. It is a respectable figure because we are talking about a model with a 15.6 “screen, a little more than the 13” that the MacBook Air has, for example.
- Screen Size: 15.6 “
- Screen resolution: Full HD
- Weight: 1,5 kg
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 3500U
- Memoria RAM: 8GB
- Storage: 256GB SSD
- Operating system: Windows 10
The firm commitment of brands such as Huawei for laptops has helped maintain the flow of new models and offers during these months, in which the demand for PC has skyrocketed due to the pandemic, teleworking and online classes.
In addition, many Asian brands have decided to enter the Spanish market with Windows laptops at quite competitive prices, such as Teclast, Chuwi and Honor.
