See how covid-19 vaccines work, in augmented reality
Regarding the vaccination plan against covid-19 that is advancing in the country, EL TIEMPO publishes its first informative experience in augmented reality, which shows you a representation of how the types of vaccines most used against the coronavirus currently work.
This experience will allow you to better explore and understand the difference between each of the biologics. To access it, All you have to do is have a mobile device, a Facebook or Instagram account and an internet connection.
To get started, You must click on one of the following links, depending on the social network of your preference. For Facebook, Press here; for Instagram, Press here. This will open the camera of the social network and the filter of augmented reality of THE TIME.
Make sure to use the rear camera of your mobile device. Then walk around a flat surface, such as a floor or table, to display the introduction to the augmented reality experience on top. If you are not satisfied with the place, find another one and click on your screen over it to have the 3D objects relocate.
At the bottom of the screen you will find some ícones targets to guide you through the augmented reality experience and show you each type of vaccine. Just click on them to change the scene, which are made up of an animation or 3D model in the center and two boards on the sides with basic information about how they work.
