In Colombia, talk about reactivation increases 4.7 times
The health crisis accelerated the digital transformation and in the process has changed all market dynamics. According to listening, the affinity of the opinions expressed by Colombians is reflected by 72.3% neutral, 8.2% negative and 19.5% positive, the latter being the most relevant figure: 7,800 were registered positive conversations compared to 390 reached in May, which indicates an exponential growth of 2,000%.
