Alive: see the disclosure of the new images from the James Webb telescope
A collection of colorful images and the first spectroscopic data of James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) They will be released this third-fair (12) at 11:30 (Brasília time) in a live broadcast by NASA in partnership with the European (ESA) and Canadian (CSA) space agencies.
The first image from the James Webb telescope was released on the second fair (11) by American President Joe Biden (Source: NASA, ESA, CSA and STScI)Source: NASA, ESA, CSA, and STScI
In the second fair (11), the American president Joe Biden disclosed two images that he collected. Released as a preview of the material, the photo shows the galaxy cluster SMACS 0723 seen as it was 4.6 billion years ago.
Four other photos are expected for this third. Three forams shot from the Carina and Anel Sul nebulae (which are 7,600 and 2,000 light-years away, respectively), and from Stephan’s Quintet, a compact group of five galaxies located 290 thousand light-years from Earth.
The transmission of this third (12) can be accompanied by the video below:
A final image should include an analysis of a planet orbiting a star 1,150 light-years away, revealing the chemical composition of its atmosphere. Astronomers from all over the planet hope that our equipment will allow us to find new places capable of harboring life.
What I wanted to confer to transmission, will be able to accompany NASA TV, not applicable and not if you from the agency or on the platforms Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Twitter and dailymotion. As presented, the content will also be available on the social networks of the agency.
The James Webb Space Telescope, launched in December 2021, will use deep-sea mapping technology to increase our ability to see or space around us.
